Delete your Dermi account

Fastest way: open the Dermi app → Profile → Delete Account & Erase All Data. It deletes everything immediately.

No access to the app? Request deletion below with the Google email you signed in with. We process requests within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted:

• Your account and profile (name, email, skin profile)
• All scan photos, results, tracked spots, chats and reports
• Remaining credits (they cannot be refunded or restored)

Purchase records may be kept for up to 7 years where tax law requires it. Nothing else is kept.
